Stephen Perkins is a conservative strategist and activist who builds movements and develops the leaders that advance them.

As the American Conservation Coalition’s Vice President of Grassroots Strategy, Stephen manages the organization’s grassroots programming, strategy, and growth, while empowering the field team, staff, and local activists to grow as leaders in the environmental movement.

Prior to joining ACC, Stephen served as a Partner of a conservative digital marketing agency, helping clients grow their online communities. And prior to that, he provided marketing consulting, advocacy training, and leadership coaching to national political and education organizations.

Originally from the Houston area, Stephen graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Political Science and currently resides in Dallas, TX.

ABOUT ACC: The American Conservation Coalition (ACC) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to mobilizing young people around environmental action through common-sense, market-based, and limited-government ideals. ACC was founded in June 2017 by a group of Millennials who saw an ideological gap in the environmental movement preventing necessary bipartisan action.

David has chaired the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission and the Maryland Higher Education Loan Corporation, served as President of both the Jewish National Fund and the Towson Business Association and was a member of the PNC Bank board.
