Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative Announces Andrew T. Hayward as Development Associate

Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC), a nonprofit organization that owns and develops affordable rental communities, is pleased to announce Andrew T. Hayward of Norfolk, Massachusetts, as a development associate.

In this role, he will seek opportunities to develop new affordable housing units for AHSC, either through new construction or adaptive re-use.

Hayward brings considerable experience in property management to his post with AHSC, most recently as assistant property manager with the Dolben Company in Revere, Massachusetts.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina – Moore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, Hayward is currently pursuing his master’s in real estate development from Georgetown University’s online program.

He is licensed in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, 63, and 65; is certified as a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP); is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM); is a Massachusetts Real Estate Licensee; and is Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) certified.

A resident of Norfolk, Massachusetts, Hayward enjoys working out, kite surfing and listening to podcasts in his spare time and is a self-identified “nerd when it comes to economics and crypto.”
