MyComputerCareer Recognized on Inc.’s 5000 Annual Ranking of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America

Nationally Acclaimed IT School Secures Spot on Prestigious Inc. 5000 National List for the Fourth Consecutive Year

MyComputerCareer, an accredited online and in-campus technical college, celebrates its fourth consecutive year on the Inc. 5000 annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, ranking 2217. Amidst the pandemic, MyComputerCareer maintained its mission to lead thousands of graduates to full-time jobs in the IT industry with competitive salaries and benefits. In fact, MyCC worked with students and graduates to help them accept nearly 2,500 job offers so far this year. During this time, students also earned more than 6,000 IT certifications across several programs. With no plans to slow this momentum, MyComputerCareer will continue to prioritize IT education that provides students of all walks of life with access to its training programs.

The prestigious Inc. 5000 awards are the most comprehensive view of the nation’s most successful private companies. They have become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success and the place where future household names first make their mark. The Inc. 5000 annual ranking list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment: its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“We are honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 annual ranking for the fourth time,” said Tony Galati, founder and CEO of MyComputerCareer. “This achievement is due to the hard work and dedication of our staff to create best-in-class information technology training that helps students quickly and efficiently secure job placement in as little as seven months. I’m continuously proud of what our team accomplishes daily to lead current and prospective students to meaningful careers.”

Throughout its 13-year history, MyComputerCareer has equipped thousands of graduates with the skills and resources for success, resulting in the school’s alumni working for some of the top tech companies across the country.

In addition to the Inc. 5000 annual ranking, MyComputerCareer has also been named as a finalist in the 2021 Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100, which recognizes companies with outstanding growth in the past three years. This award is given out annually, and the winners are ranked according to revenue growth. MyComputerCareer has campuses in both Houston and Sugar Land, and serves students in additional locations in the Texas region.

“We value being a finalist in the Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 list and admire the magazine’s mission to give insight into the business landscape of the Houston area,” said Dr. Dana Hagen, campus director of MyComputerCareer’s Sugar Land campus. “Houston is a hub for the energy, manufacturing, aeronautics and transportation industries, creating a huge need for skilled and certified IT professionals. We’re thrilled to support these industries, among countless others, and the individuals we’re educating to become tomorrow’s IT leaders.”

In order to qualify for the Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 awards, companies must be headquartered in the Houston area, be for-profit and privately held, have been in operation for at least five full fiscal years and have earned at least $1 million in revenue in the latest fiscal year.
