Baltimore Contractors to Relocate its Headquarters

Baltimore Contractors Inc. recently purchased 7068 Aviation Blvd. in Glen Burnie and will relocate its main offices to the building in the coming few months. Baltimore Contractors is making renovations to the building to suit its needs before moving from its current location, which is also in Glen Burnie.

Jim Chivers of Gold and Company assisted Baltimore Contractors in the purchase while Kevin Setzer of Hogan Companies assisted the seller.

The building is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and offers 125 feet of frontage on Aviation Blvd. The property is on a corner lot adjacent to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. It has approximately 12 surface parking spaces.

Since its establishment in 1935, Baltimore Contractors has grown from being a small, personalized contractor to a diversified general contractor, construction manager, and design/builder team prepared to meet the challenges of the new millennium. Currently owned by John Rouse, grandson of the original founder, Baltimore Contractors has completed many types of major construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and the United States.

“This new location allows us to be centrally located to better serve our clients.” said owner John Rouse

“We were pleased to assist Baltimore Contractors in the search for its new office headquarters. In these COVID times, the property at Aviation Blvd. allows for a new office design to better support a hybrid work model,” said Chivers.

Gold and Company provides commercial real estate brokerage and development services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the Baltimore-metropolitan area.
