Tampa-based Dunphy Properties and Atlanta-based Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC) have started construction on Livingston Marketplace just outside of Tampa, Florida. Livingston Marketplace represents the third joint-venture between Dunphy Properties and BCDC.
Located on 36.5 acres at 19805 Livingston Avenue with a total of 62,266 square feet, Publix will anchor the retail center. The remainder of the space will be leased to local and regional tenants including a Publix Liquor Store. The project has two out parcels, one of which will be the site of a future Circle K gas and convenience store.
“We are excited to partner with Dunphy Properties for our joint-venture’s third Publix-anchored center, this one just 20 minutes from downtown Tampa,” said Litt Glover, President and CEO, BCDC.
“Dunphy Properties has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Publix, and we are thrilled to have them anchoring Livingston Marketplace,” said Jim Dunphy, President of Dunphy Properties.
EMPAD Architecture & Design is the chief architect. Georgia Banking Company will provide financing for the project.
Livingston Marketplace is expected to be completed in Q3 2022.
