UHY Advisors, (UHY), one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional services firms, announces that Mehmet Ugur, CPA joins the team as Principal in the Houston Office.
Ugur joins UHY with more than 11 years of public accounting experience in Big Four and top international accounting firms. He helps clients with their tax compliance and business consulting needs, including managing numerous facets of partnership and real estate taxation, as well as tax structuring and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners.
Ugur has significant real estate industry experience and expertise related to corporations, partnerships, and other pass-through entities. He regularly corresponds with tax authorities on government audits and notices.
He graduated from San Diego State University with a master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation.
