Cushman & Wakefield Named Exclusive Broker for Four WeWork Locations in Philadelphia

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been selected as the exclusive broker for WeWork, one of the leading global flexible space providers, in four WeWork locations in Philadelphia.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Dan Brogan, Brian Young and Raquel Perry will spearhead leasing efforts for the four assets.

  • 1601 Market Street – 39,846 RSF
  • 1100 Ludlow – 25,623 RSF
  • 1010 N Hancock Street – 28,689 RSF

WeWork offers flexible lease terms and move-in-ready spaces complete with meeting rooms, on-site staff, unique common areas, phone booths, stocked kitchens and business-class office amenities including printers and wireless connection. Additionally, tenants have access to the amenities that are unique to each building, such as fitness centers, bike rooms and on-site parking, and enterprise solutions often offer tenants the opportunity to have self-contained spaces including private kitchen areas, restrooms and conference space in addition to creative office space.
