NEW YORK & ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hudson MX, an advertising technology business providing media buying and media accounting solutions globally through a cloud-based SaaS platform, announced today that it has added four new members to its senior client team to address growing demand. Dena CaravelloCatalina BengzonMichael Stoeckel, and Jason Kopeloff are the latest in a string of high-profile hires by the fast growing start-up that’s become the force behind the agency digital transformation movement.

“The added capacity and expertise that Dena, Catalina, Michael, and Jason bring to the Hudson MX family greatly expands the degree and scope of support we can offer our global agency clients across multiple areas of the migration and digital transformation processes,” said JT Batson, CEO of Hudson MX. “Each of them bring deep knowledge of important facets of the agency business and media buying landscape, and understand what it takes for an agency to transform for the future— beginning with successful transition to modern software.”

As industry veterans with decades of collective experience, Caravello, Bengzon, Kopeloff and Stoeckel were all similarly drawn to Hudson’s mission and excited about accelerating its progress as agencies continue to get onboard. However, each also adds something unique to the endeavor based upon deep knowledge of different aspects of the ecosystem:

  • Catalina Bengzon: Most recently the Senior Vice President and Director of Media Systems at Amplifi of dentsu, where she helped lead transformation projects, Bengzon is known as an experienced change agent and brings with her a vast amount of insight across strategy, activation, investment, and operations on the agency side.
  • Dena Caravello: After spending the past 10 years as SVP, Group Director at Carat, a dentsu owned company, she joins Hudson MX with 20+ years of agency experience. She has significant expertise in National Video Investment and negotiated for large scale national advertisers across multiple video platforms with billings reaching over $250M.
  • Jason Kopeloff: Coming to Hudson MX most recently from the media agency Media Assembly, where he was Chief Financial Officer, Assembly U.S. following significant advertising finance experience at various other top industry firms.
  • Michael Stoeckel: Most recently the Executive Vice President and Head of US Digital Operations for dentsu International, with significant expertise across the media value chain.

“As the advertising industry continues its rapid march toward digital transformation, agencies need partners who understand how the world looks from their perspective, and can help translate that to success,“ said Batson. “Dena, Catalina, Jason, and Michael are insiders with deep roots in advertising, and the ability to help lead client success and broad industry wide change here at Hudson MX.”

Also within the past year, Hudson MX tapped Sara Lawson Johnson to be Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Agency Partnership EMEA. In addition, Lucas Cridland joined MediaLink, a longtime Hudson MX strategic partner, as Managing Director of Hudson Bridge, a new practice aimed at supporting agency transformations.
