David Nevins Interviews Jorey Berry, President & CEO at Immune Deficiency Foundation

Jorey began her tenure with the Immune Deficiency Foundation in January 2022. She has an extensive track record in nonprofit management and organizational change she brings to her role a President and CEO with the organization, including more than two decades with the March of Dimes.

Jorey holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University and began her career as an English teacher.

Based in central Maryland, but serving people throughout the United States and beyond, the Immune Deficiency Foundation improves the diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life of people affected by primary immunodeficiency through fostering a community empowered by advocacy, education, and research.

David is a Past President of the Board of Governors for the Center Club and is a former Chairman of the Board of Regents for the University System of Maryland, a position to which he was appointed by the Governor of Maryland. David has chaired the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission and the Maryland Higher Education Loan Corporation, served as President of both the Jewish National Fund and the Towson Business Association and was a member of the PNC Bank board.
