Core Investments, Inc. Moving from 699 Boylston St.

Freudenheim Partners announced that it facilitated the relocation of Core Investments, Inc. from 699 Boylston Street to the Prudential Center located at 800 Boylston Street in Boston. Core Investments is growing from its current space of 7,222 SF and will occupy 10,917 SF on the 30th floor of the Pru.

Ellie Cullinan and Chris Rogers represented the tenant, Core Investments, Inc., in the transaction.

“Core was looking for a fully built space in the tightest submarket in Boston,” said Ellie Cullinan, Executive Vice President of Freudenheim Partners. “With our focus on tenant representation we are never in a position to steer clients in the direction of particular landlords.  Instead, we focus on leases that clearly offer the best value for tenants in the current market.”
