PulteGroup announces its newest community Greenacres, Ranchette Square, a new Pulte Homes townhome community whose affordability makes it ideal for first-time buyers and others on a budget. Home prices are tentatively set for the $300s.

“Ranchette Square will be one of the few places in Palm Beach County where homeownership will still be affordable,” said Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s southeast region. “There will be no community development district fee which can add additional costs to a new home.”

The community will sit on 10.5 acres on Ranchette Rd., approximately a half mile east of Jog Rd. in Greenacres. Homeowners will have easy access to Southern Boulevard, taking them quickly to Florida’s Turnpike and I-95. Restaurants, stores and cultural attractions in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth will be minutes away.

Buyers can choose from two floor plans that will be offered at this community. The first is Seacrest, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 1-car garage. A large gathering room connects to the kitchen to form the centerpiece of the first floor. On the second floor, the owner’s suite has a private bath and spacious walk-in closet.

The Grayton design is similar: 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus a 2-car garage. The open-plan first floor has a large gathering room, café and kitchen. On the second floor, the owner’s suite offers lots of sunlight, a private bath and a walk-in closet.
