Whitley Penn Chief Marketing Officer, Kristen Lollar, has joined the National Professional Advisory Board for the Texas Tech University College of Media and Communications.
Throughout her career, Lollar has been passionate about leadership and mentorship. She has found many ways to mentor others within the Whitley Penn, through Chamber organizations, Business Journal events, the community and more. Lollar has served as a mentor through the American Marketing Association’s DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) Mentor Program for young professionals as they develop significantly through their career. Additionally, she is actively involved with the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) where she serves on the Major Growth Firms group which consists of senior marketing and business development professionals and chief growth officers from the top largest public accounting firms in the country.
“Ms. Lollar is a fantastic example of how our Media & Communications graduates can achieve success in every kind of industry, nonprofit, and government enterprise. She is a respected leader in financial marketing, public relations, and branding and an inspiration to our students,” stated David Perlmutter, Professor and Dean of the Texas Tech University College of Media & Communication.

Lollar is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she received a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Music.
