Marshall Dennehey Special Counsel Peggy Smith Bush Appointed to Transportation Lawyers Association’s Executive Committee

Mrs. Bush will serve as a Representative at Large.

For eight decades, the TLA has been in the forefront of educating transportation attorneys. Through CLE courses and regular publications, TLA’s growing membership stays abreast of new developments in state and federal law affecting all modes of transportation.

Mrs. Bush has nearly two decades of experience defending companies, primary and excess insurance carriers, large self-insureds, and public entities against claims of premises liability, product liability, and general casualty. While much of her background includes general personal injury and products liability defense, she has become a thought leader in the transportation law industry serving as a frequent speaker at seminars across the country. Active in many professional and community service organizations, Mrs. Bush is currently serving her second term on The Florida Bar’s Mental Health & Wellness of Florida Lawyers Committee, and she has served as the Awards Chair of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Young American Inn of Court – Master level, and the Orange County Bar Association’s Mentorship Program.
