Interview with Rebecca Murphy, Principal of RCM Strategic Consulting

Rebecca Murphy is the Owner of RCM Strategic Consulting since 2001. The firm works as a partner with businesses and nonprofits ready to step into the work required to help build equitable and elevated communities and its systems. They provide consultation and coaching rooted in collaboration and specialize in economic/community development, diversity, equity inclusion as well as organizational transformation.

Ms. Murphy has extensive experience in developing solutions to seemingly intractable problems. She works collaboratively with her clients, who include local and national nonprofit organizations, small/medium sized businesses, and quasi-governmental entities.

From strategic planning to identifying tactical partnerships, Rebecca develops and designs new programs and/or services to help achieve each client’s goals and objectives.

Using a mission-driven approach, she increases each client’s capacity, plans intentionally, identifies funding sources, and helps to raise capital. Additionally, Rebecca has extensive experience managing multiple projects, developing various programs, while synthesizing information.
