Brandon Brown is a Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation with expertise in sourcing debt, mezzanine, and equity for all commercial property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and self-storage. Additionally, he has formed strong relationships with capital sources including local and national banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, agencies, pension funds, and private equity firms. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Brown served as a Managing Partner at LMI Capital, and has over 20 years of real estate finance and transactions experience.
Mr. Brown graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Brown is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association, and National Multi-Housing Council.
Sunny Sajnani is a Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) with expertise in raising debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Sajnani served as a principal and director at Metropolitan Capital Advisors (MCA), where he closed several billion dollars’ worth of transactions and facilitated many large property sales. He began his career with Goldman Sachs, where he focused on structured finance for commercial real estate investment and management.
Since beginning his career, Mr. Sajnani has received various accolades including the “Minority Business Leader Award” from the Dallas Business Journal. He is a member of ICSC, NTCAR, MBA and UT Austin REFIC. Mr. Sajnani received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
