Company Update – Interview with Paraag Sarva, CEO of Rhino

Paraag Sarva is the CEO & Co-founder of Rhino and a builder of products and services that give renters a more affordable way to live in the homes they want. Since its founding in 2017, Rhino has made it a mission to bring greater financial freedom to renters everywhere, and pioneered Security Deposit Insurance, replacing cash security deposits with smart, affordable insurance so renters can maintain control of their cash. Rhino is available in over 1.6 million homes across the United States.

Previously, Paraag led a property management and development company with over $100 million in assets. He learned firsthand the pain points of both renters and landlords and used that as inspiration to create Rhino. He also served as City Hall Policy Advisor and aide in the administration of New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and spent time in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from New York University with Bachelors and Masters’s Degree in economics.”
