Katheen Lappe is Founder and CEO of DirectOffer, the real estate technology startup created to empower real estate brokers and their agents to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Launched in 2019, DirectOffer provides a fully mobile marketing and communication solution that allows agents to share, organize and brand more information about themselves and their listings while also enabling them to manage their business more effectively. The DirectOffer app offers the company’s patent-pending Audio Tours™ and OfferGrid™ features, which are changing the way home shoppers view and express interest in real estate.

In addition to DirectOffer, Lappe is also CEO of, a company she founded in 2015, which has grown to become the multiple listing service for residential real estate auctions nationwide.

A successful entrepreneur, Lappe entered residential real estate in 2002 as founder of Home Market Magazine, Inc., a publication she sold in 2018 after growing it to become the largest real estate listing publication in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Lappe earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis.
