Jason Schwartzberg, President Of MD Energy Advisors, Named To The Daily Record’s 2021 “VIP List” Honoring Professionals 40 Years Of Age Or Younger

Jason Schwartzberg, President and Co-Founder of MD Energy Advisors, has been named to The Daily Record’s VIP List for 2021, an annual compilation that recognizes the career achievements of professionals in Maryland 40 years of age or younger. In 2010, Schwartzberg was one of three executives whoformed MD Energy Advisors, a customer-centric energy management, marketing, and efficiency firm providing energy solutions to utilities, private companies and residential clients. The company now approximately 25 employees and works with clients on a nationwide basis.

The Daily Record created the VIP List in 2010 to recognize professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in Maryland. Winners, chosen by a panel of judges including the previous year’s winners and representatives of The Daily Record, were selected based on professional accomplishments, community service and the impact of their achievements

The list is comprised of forty professionals, and Schwartzberg was one of two executives working in the energy sector to be honored this year. Prior to founding MD Energy Advisors, he was an Economic Development Officer for the Baltimore Development Corporation and a Development Manager for A&R Development.

“Achieving inclusion on this impressive list has been a long-term goal, as it annually recognizes the highest-achieving young professionals working in the region, many of which I know and interact with regularly,” explained Jason Schwartzberg. “I am extremely honored to be included with so many talented and passionate executives who care deeply about their businesses and the state of the greater Baltimore community. This recognition would not have been possible without the hard work, loyalty and dedication of the entire MD Energy Advisors team.”

“This year’s VIP List honorees are Maryland’s high achieving, young leaders across a wide spectrum of industries. They are making a difference in their professions and improving their communities,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of The Daily Record. “They commit time and resources to civic involvement and to making a significant, positive impact on the state. The Daily Record congratulates them on their accomplishments.”
