Rosen, Sapperstein and Friedlander (RS&F), a leading Mid-Atlantic region full-service CPA firm that caters to middle-market businesses and ultra-high net worth families, hired Heather Gibson as a senior consultant within the firm’s Healthcare Services Division.
Gibson has more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience. Most recently, Gibson served as the Business Practice Manager at Retina Specialists where she oversaw all aspects of the clinical and business operations across three locations.
She also previously served as Founder and President of the nonprofit Save the Beat, Inc., Director of Professional Practice Operations at LifeBridge Health, Medical Site Manager at Chesapeake Urology Associates, Senior Operations Manager of the Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center, and as Senior Practice Manager at the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC.)

In addition to her professional experience, Gibson served as a mentor for GEM (Girls’ Empowerment Mission), a living classrooms program for high school girls from underserved communities. She also volunteered in both Louisiana after hurricane Katrina and in Kansas after a tornado to rebuild homes, and for organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Gibson earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
