Continental Realty Corp. Promotes Cindy Odom To Regional Portfolio Manager For Southeast Region

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Cindy Odom to Regional Portfolio Manager for the company’s Southeast Region. Ms. Odom, who has worked for CRC since 2019, was formerly Community Manager at The Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms in Tampa, Florida.

In her new role, Ms. Odom will function as point person for issues related to the daily operations of CRC’s communities located throughout the Southeast portion of the United States. This area encompasses five multifamily communities in four states comprising more than 3,100 multifamily homes.

During her tenure at The Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms, Ms. Odom oversaw all operations of the asset, including managing the activities of the on-site team. She directed the comprehensive renovation of the community’s 390 multifamily homes, clubhouse and amenity package valued at more than $2.5 million. Ms. Odom, who has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, formerly worked as a Community Manager for Greystar and as an Area Manager for Campus Advantage.

Ms. Odom graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and is involved with several non-profit organizations in the Tampa area, including Metropolitan Ministries and The Children’s Home Association. She is a member of the Tampa chapter of the National Apartment Association, serves as Secretary of the Bay Area Apartment Association Executive Committee, chairs the Membership Committee and is a member of the Government Affairs Committee. As a delegator, Ms. Odom also meets with politicians in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. to discuss policies impacting the multifamily industry and to lobby key issues.
