Association Of Poinciana Villages To Host 6th Annual Poinciana Beautiful Awards Gala

The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV), Florida’s largest homeowners association, will honor winners of its 2022 home beautification program at the Annual Poinciana Beautiful Awards Gala on Saturday, January 28 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Anthony DePalma Center.

For the past 12 months, APV has been accepting nominations for this celebratory awards event that honors our incredible homeowners who have worked hard throughout the year to maintain the exterior of their homes.

“There’s no better way to kick off the year than by celebrating our wonderful residents who help us keep Poinciana Beautiful,” said Mark Maldonado, General Manager of APV.  “It is such a positive and impactful way to celebrate our community and all the wonderful residents who make Poinciana the best place to live.”

At this year’s gala, where the theme is black and white semi-formal, guests will be treated to live entertainment and dancing, table serviced Hors d’ oeuvres, a cash bar, and door prizes. Awards will be presented to the winners of the 2022 Homes of the Year, with one homeowner from each participating village selected as a winner. The Association of Poinciana Villages will recognize each winning home with a beautiful trophy, and numerous prizes and gifts from our sponsors of the Awards ceremony.

This adults-only event is free and open to APV residents and community members, but registration is required. Seating is limited and residents can RSVP at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2023-apv-award-gala-tickets-407553031087.

APV first launched the program in 2016 to encourage residents to take pride in their properties. Once the nominations started rolling in, APV saw that residents started seeing the improvements their neighbors were making and, in the true spirit of competition, wanted to make their own home look equally as nice. These improvements also help to increase property values, increase sales and encourage developers and businesses to consider the community as a place to successfully invest. As an added benefit to the community, violations have decreased considerably from previous years.

APV thanks its wonderful sponsors CCM Coding Academy, C3 Wellness Spa, PR Global Enterprises, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital, Humana, Osceola Memory Gardens, Work Horse Temps, and Mindful Storage.
